Automatic panels Off Loader without operator.

Automatic panel off-loader without operator: the vacuum table rises and tilts until it is parallel to the Alu Ranger's worktable. It then moves until it rests on the worktable where machined panels are still held in position by the vacuum action of the worktable. Once the worktable is perfectly horizontal, the operator, by pressing a foot pedal, can enable the movement of the breathable cloth which brings the panels towards him/her for final off-loading.

Phase 1:
Off loading procedure starts automatically.
Off Loader table tilting and approaching towards Alu Ranger.

Phase 2:
Off Loader completes the approach laying to the processed panels.
The vacuum holding of the panes switches between the Panel Router and the Off Loader.

Phase 3:
Off Loader returns into horizontal position while moving back away from the panel
router. Once the light curtains are unenganged the Alu Ranger commands Alu Feeder
to load the next panel.
During this phase Alu Ranger and Alu Loader safety light curtains are active.

Phase 4:
The operator can pick up the panels from Off Loader table.
The feeding of the mat can be activated by a pedal therefore the panels can easily be
reached by the operator.

When the table of the Off Loader presses against the panels a certain amount of valves are pressed, consequently all panels captured by the vacuum. The vacuum of the machine releases.

Off Loader then moves away from the machine while the table returns horizontal.
When the table is perfectly flat the operator can activate the mat by a pedal to feed the panels to his position for the picking up.

The Alu Ranger is then ready to feed on the working table the next panel previously loaded by the Alu Loader (Patented).

Off Loader's integrated automation and ergonomics prevent operator fatigue and allow high paces of work so as to increase daily productivity.
